Natalie Jane is the founder and editor of The Relationship Magazine. She is a relationship coach, therapist and writer who helps people heal from trauma and build the kind of love that actually lasts.
Her work is known for blending professional expertise with lived experience, which is why it manages to be both deeply empathetic and completely practical at the same time. Her route into this work did not come from textbooks alone. Having walked through toxic relationships, trauma, and the painstaking process of rebuilding her own self worth, she now uses all of it as the foundation for her mission, which is guiding other people towards emotional safety, resilience and real connection.
She holds an LLB in Corporate Law, ICF training, and certifications in trauma informed coaching, CBT, DBT, NLP, Gestalt, hypnotherapy and narcissistic abuse recovery. She is the founder of Natalie Jane Coaching, Loveflix and Calm Minds Therapy Services.
