Kate is a women’s health and fitness coach who helps women over 40 transform their bodies, confidence, and health in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable. Her work is known for combining effective strength training, simple nutrition, and realistic lifestyle shifts that fit seamlessly around busy lives.
As a mum of three teenagers living in Ireland, Kate understands first-hand the challenges women face when juggling family, careers, and personal wellbeing. Over the years, she has worked with countless women who felt stuck, frustrated, and ready to give up after endless diets left them exhausted and no closer to the body or confidence they wanted. Kate’s practical, empowering approach helps her clients break free from the cycle of restriction and reclaim energy, self-worth, and pride in their bodies.
Through her coaching programmes, she guides women to lose weight, rebuild strength, and form habits that last far beyond the programme itself. Her passion lies in showing women that it’s possible to feel vibrant, confident, and at home in their own skin again, whether that means stepping back into clothes they love, moving with renewed energy, or embracing life with joy.
When she isn’t coaching, Kate enjoys exploring the Irish outdoors, spending time with her family, and finding balance between fitness and everyday life.
