Natalie’s journey into this work wasn’t born from textbooks alone. Having walked through toxic relationships, trauma, and the painstaking process of rebuilding her own self-worth, she now uses those experiences as the foundation for her mission: guiding others to find emotional safety, resilience, and connection.
She brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching and therapy, holding an LLB in Corporate Law, ICF Level 1 training, and certifications in trauma-informed coaching, CBT, DBT, NLP, Gestalt, and narcissistic abuse recovery. As founder of Natalie Jane Coaching, LoveFlix, and Calm Mind Therapy Services, she has supported countless individuals and couples in transforming their relationships from cycles of pain to places of safety and growth.
Natalie is Editor in Chief for The Relationship Magazine, a platform dedicated to raw, real conversations about love, conflict, intimacy, and healing. Her vision is to revolutionise the way people approach relationships by making emotional health the cornerstone of lasting connections.
