What would your life look like if you designed it around what matters to you now, not what mattered ten years ago? And then: what's one thing you can change this week? I work somatically, which means we pay attention to what your body's telling you, not just what's in your head. We use tools from NLP and CBT to shift unhelpful thinking patterns and build new neural pathways. It's practical, not abstract. We're looking at how your nervous system responds, what triggers you, how to regulate yourself when things get intense. Here's what we'll cover: Where you actually are We look at your life right now. Not the version you show people, the real one. What's working, what isn't, what you've been putting up with because it felt easier than changing it. Sometimes just saying it out loud makes the path forward obvious. What you actually want Under all the noise and other people's opinions, what do you want? Not your mum's dream for you, not what looks good on paper, but what genuinely makes you feel alive. We dig into that properly. Trusting yourself again If you've spent months or years second guessing everything, we work on getting that trust back. Making decisions without needing three people's approval first. Backing yourself even when it feels scary. A plan that works in real life No vision boards or elaborate goal setting systems. Just a practical plan that fits around your actual energy levels, time, and circumstances. Small changes that stick because they're realistic. Boundaries you can hold Saying no without feeling guilty. Asking for what you need without apologising. Protecting your time and energy from people who take the piss. You know something needs to change. You've known for a while, actually. Maybe you keep repeating the same patterns and you're sick of it. Maybe your life's shifted and you need support figuring out the next bit. Whatever it is, you're done just thinking about it. You want to actually do something. This might be about relationships, how you see yourself, how you spend your time, your health, your boundaries. Probably a mix of several things. You're not after a quick fix. You want proper, lasting change. How We'll Work Together Every week for twelve weeks. That's long enough to shift things, not just talk about shifting them. We go deeper than surface fixes. We look at the patterns underneath the patterns. The beliefs driving your choices. The habits keeping you stuck. Not to overthink it all, but to understand it enough that you can actually change it. This is where the somatic work really comes in. We track what's happening in your body when certain topics come up. Where you hold tension, what makes your chest tight, when you disconnect. Your body knows things before your mind catches up. We use NLP techniques to rewire limiting beliefs and CBT tools to challenge thought patterns that keep you stuck. It's about changing how you respond at a nervous system level, not just intellectually understanding things. Here's what we work on: What's actually holding you back It's rarely what you think. We explore the fears, the stories you tell yourself, the ways you get in your own way without realising. Not to analyse it to death, but to understand it so you can move past it. We use CBT to identify cognitive distortions and NLP to reframe them at a subconscious level. Building proper self-worth Not confidence that crumbles the second someone criticises you, but real selfworth that comes from knowing who you are. We work on how you see yourself and how you treat yourself. Both need work, usually. The somatic piece here is crucial because self-worth lives in your body, not just your thoughts. Changing patterns that don't serve you People pleasing, perfectionism, harsh self-criticism, avoiding difficult things. Whatever keeps you small or stuck, we identify it and build new ways of being that actually support you instead of sabotaging you. We look at the nervous system patterns underneath these behaviours and teach your body new responses. Healthy relationships and boundaries How you relate to people matters. We look at your relationships. What's working, what's draining you, how to show up authentically whilst protecting your peace. Both are possible. We work on recognising when you're operating from a trauma response versus a grounded place. Emotional resilience Life throws curveballs. We work on handling uncertainty, setbacks, difficult emotions, and change. So you can navigate hard things without falling apart or shutting down completely. This is somatic work: learning to stay present with discomfort, regulating your nervous system, building capacity to feel without being overwhelmed. Making decisions that fit your values When you're clear on what matters, decisions get easier. We identify your values and use them as a compass. Not in a wanky, corporate workshop way. In a practical, this actually helps way. Building momentum without exhaustion Change doesn't need constant hustle. We find a rhythm that keeps you moving forward without burning you out. Sustainable progress, not three week bursts followed by collapse. You've got WhatsApp access the whole time.
